My Kenko at the 2023's 95 Kings of Fields!

You are probably wondering, "What is the KOF"? This is the acronym of 95 Kings of Fields, an Esport and sport tournament in Eaubonne, in the Val d'Oise, taking place during an entire weekend in the amazing facility of the CDFAS. We can encounter many streamers, sportspersons and also Esport players who have to compete on different games: FIFA, SSBU (Super Smash Bros Ultimate), TFT (Teamfight Tactics), SF6 (Street Fighter 6) and Trackmania. KOF 2023's cash prize came to more than 30 000 €, with partnerships such as MGEN, ABVV and Omen.
Well then, why was My Kenko invited as a favoring partner? We were present at the KOF to encourage every participant to move and relax in between two games and also, so they could discover our games in Move 2 Play*.

*Move 2 Play: It's a My Kenko technology plugged in video games, in which players have to do certain movements with their body in order for the character/object to move. Those movements were already defined by our team thanks to motion capture using computer vision, this innovation being an integral part of My Kenko.

Every big events' first day is synonym to last minute changes and verifications, which the KOF couldn't avoid! It was rather quiet in the morning, it was the tournament's launch, visitors couldn't wait to go and support their favorite streamers and player.
In the afternoon, however, the atmosphere was more energetic and lively in My Kenko's space, thanks to the numerous visitors trying our games in Move 2 Play. Among the visitors, there were those coming with friends, wanting to beat each other's score, players or even the event's organizers who were curious about the purpose of My Kenko.

Meetings with Etoiles & Kurama.

My Kenko Team had the pleasure of meeting personalities from the Esport's universe during the weekend like Etoiles and Kurama.
Etoiles streams video games such as Minecraft, Trackmania or even Smash, he also does streams on general knowledge with his show Nuit de la Culture. He came to the KOF as a SSBU commentator. We asked him what he thought about Kurama's game, the KOF in general and especially his well-being and sports' habits.
Concerning Kurama, young American player on Smash for the Karmine Corp , we asked him what he thought about France, KOF's tournament and also his training habits before a Smash game.

A crazy atmosphere could be felt for the last tournament's rounds, and even more people were there, whether in the bleachers or in the Free Play zone. Visitors and Esport players could play different games, including our mini-games on Move 2 Play. It was, once again, an opportunity for us to talk with two well-known players from the KOF: Kameto and Akainu.

Meetings with Kameto & Akainu.

Kameto used to be a League of Legends player, who has been for the last 3 years, focusing on the Esports team he created with Kotei: the Karmine Corp. Kurama is actually one of the player of this team.

As for Akainu, he is an Esports player for Street Fighter, a 1vs1 fighting game, who won the 3rd edition of the 95 Kings of Fields on this game. He managed to explain to us during an interview, his interest for physical and mental training.

You can see us next year for the 4th edition of the 95 Kings of Fields, at the CDFAS in Eaubonne. In the meantime, Play, Move, Share and follow us on our social media to stay informed on our actualities: ateliers, progress about theapplication and our projects.
